MEKSİS Inc. has always followed-up a forward-looking policy from date of its establishment until now without changing its technical, administrative and workshop staff employed as far as possible. Our technical and administrative staff members are specialized and well-informed in their field and graduated from related departments of high schools and universities. Workshop staff was selected with capability and skills ensuring them to work in their units in the most efficient way.

We aim to work with appropriate and skilled persons who plan to work in our firm for long term. Staff circulation is an undesired situation for our firm. Newly employed staff members are trained in its own field of engagement by firstly familiarizing with the infrastructure of our firm and required possibilities are provided to obtain success in their job.

Students from technical schools are also provided the possibility of working for practical training during education periods and summer trainings.
